The analysis is structured on system pressure, cash-flow, and settlement quality, which provides an assessment of how effectively the enforcement scales, collects revenue, and resolves cases over time.

- Issuance has consistently outpaced Settlement, indicating a need for stronger enforcement strategies.
- Prioritizing early payments may yield higher returns than late stage recovery efforts.

Provides insights of workforce composition and trends like headcount, full and part-time, gender, ethnicity, pay type and termination patterns over time.
The solution was designed to be automated: adding fresh data to the data folder would update all charts and KPIs.
Key insights
- Reliance on part-time roles in recent years appears correlated with lower tenure and increased voluntary terminations.
- Retention strategies should be aligned with a predominantly under-30 workforce (early careers).
